I didn't say anything about insider trading. I only said that BK posted he received non-public information from anonymous CTIX sources. I am not going to speculate on what other non-public info he may or may not possess or have traded on. I don't really care.
But, yes, it would be illegal for the golfing buddy to trade on that information. Same for Aruda, though I don't believe he qualifies as "an insider".
