So many possibilities with todays trading action. Could be dilution, manipulation, a shakeout ...or any pending deal that was to negotiated and transacted is now delayed due to market conditions.

Just for the record....its dangerous when the Retail crowd sets specific expectations on news announcements. I still think their could be short term delays in a DX transaction or new funding arrangement (so my expectation is for it to happen by end of January...although next week would make sense with the JPM conference).
