Do you really think running a year long court case against lakeshore and also a court case for a JR and a nafta case against Canada, Isn't going to run 15 million dollars. Meanwhile we won't be able to produce a thing while our competitors are. Sometimes it's just better to cut your losses. Right now the only thing I see that could produce an income for the company is the nafta case which is 3 to 5 years out and that's a maybe. We need a facility, assuming we win against lakeshore it'll be 2017 before we can clear the JR because that's dependent on the building being viable. I don't blame any of this on Bill. Truth is we've been getting screwed from the get go and I just think taking the lakeshore element out of the equation would make a big difference.
