I agree. There's too much dirt to be swept under the rug by Rosen in this case and it looks like Sullivan is the vacuum cleaner. After reading the transcript (thanks Drano), I feel the judge knows what the issues are and Sullivan did his job explaining the effects that these actions can have on small bio's who are trying to bring new cures to market. You're correct Drano, there's no need for an email campaign to the judge and I retract my earlier statement. I hope she doesn't grant a further extension, but she most likely will. Either way, it is coming to a head very soon. We will be vindicated.
