It is good to know that Ms O'Connell has completely withdrawn her complaint. I look forward to learning why. 
If this case survives Sullivan's 12(b)(6) motion, I am confident that Ms O'Connell will be deposed by Sullivan, along with any members of her immediate family that also hold/held CTIX stock. I'm sure the questions will explore any possible connection to Mako and/or other bashers/manipulators.
I expect Leo will also post the transcripts of those depositions on the CTIX website. This could get very interesting indeed.
