Somebody needs to explain in Technical terms what exactly what this rank means.
Ranks in Higher Thousands means good or Ranks in Lower Thousands means Good?
Some form of explanation has never been brought Forward.
JMHO.
Would benefit all board members if this situation was finally defined in a way for all to understand it!!!
