Received a email today from FINRA asking for documentation that 3D Entertainment was dissolved in Florida prior to it being incorporated in Wyoming. Folks they have had this documentation since October. We have sent numerous documents numerous times. Not once or twice but numerous times. It is blatantly obvious we have a stalling issue with FINRA. I have escalated this to FINRA management, contacted my Congressman and notified the SEC today.
I have emails from FINRA stating they are "too busy to look at the documentation we sent", asking for us to send it in chronological order, then asking for us to send it in .pdf format. Then asking us to resend and resend the SAME DOCUMENTS over and over. Weeks go by and we hear nothing. FINRA does not respond to emails requesting status. Our Transfer Agent has sent the same documentation they have request FOUR TIMES alone! I am pissed and we will get this done easy or hard but we will get this done. Going forward I will make every correspondence and documents sent public right here.
