I think that your are overlooking the fact that Leo knows his enthusiasm and speaking too soon on the uplist burned the CTIX SP badly. I look at his statements now with much more optimism because he has learned that lesson and is smart enough to now release information which is more concrete. I have a feeling that going forward if we get a press release or an official statement from CTIX that it has a very likely chance or coming to fruition in the time period stated.
