U.S. attorney for NY was investigating Shkreli before Retrophin filed suit, supposedly. His attorney (also featured in the perp walk) has the unlikely name of Evan Greebel. It's great that they hauled the attorney in too.

It's hard not to think that someone like this really is a sociopath.
Looks like KBIO is trading again. Although it's down more than half, it is still WAY above where it was when Shkreli announced that he had bought the controlling share, so unfortunately he is still profitable on whatever shares he didn't sell at the much higher levels.
