My thoughts also Paul. Mr Riorden seemed to be pretty nice guy at SHM but apparently not providing the leadership needed. He was to focus his main attention on the completing all the divisions audits and apparently there was a problem with that since we haven't heard status of ntgl audit which was to be completed last Sept.
