From someone's previous post which I can't recall who, it appears that the past three increases have been a constant 12.5mil per week. That tends to lead me to believe that these increases have nothing to do with raising revenue but more in the line of employee incentives, shares in lieu of salary, etc.

It does seem like a rather odd time to dilute for money since the pps is so low and from what I believe, they are making more money than they have ever before.
