Anyone think what NTEK has been doing lately with the increase of shares has anything to do other than raising money?

"Dilution can shift fundamental positions of the stock such as ownership percentage, voting control, earnings per share, and the value of individual shares."

It does seem like a rather odd time to dilute for money since the pps is so low and from what I believe, they are making more money than they have ever before.
