The only reason to spin it out would be if the company actually sees that those assets being spun out will start producing revenue on their own. That's the thing we don't know about is if the Dx division is at the point to where customers will start buying what it has to offer. If so, then the spin out has a chance to be successful. But if Gerald is playing the same game he has in not backing up his talk with actual events to produce revs, the spin out will be just another failure. Another point is that it might be easier to sell the Dx division as an entity of its own than as part of Amarantus.
