I don't think the timeline for the DX has been pushed. His last three presentations/interviews have said the same thing. We are working feverishly on spinning out the diagnostics division and are hopeful to announce definitive agreements during JPM 2016. He also said they have "a lot of interest."
On the SNN interview he said "during the 1st Quarter, hopefully very early in the first quarter." JPM is January 11 (aka very early in the first quarter).
But he can't say for certain it will happen then until the ink on the deal is dry.
