Exactly. I've seen hints that we might see future alliances to make that a reality, but so far the courts have not done much to make this type of crime not pay. Most executives think twice now before orchestrating scams, primarily due to the changes made in respose to public pressure in the Enron case. Similar pressure and changes need to take place in the world of investment. Gotta take out the trash.
