After spending so much money training this crew it seems foolish to put them in a situation where they have to find other employment in order to eat and pay rent. I doubt very much if Baltia would lay off people that they have so much invested in. This would be a move of desperation and indicate serious financial trouble. Bottom line, is I think you should check your source of information.
