Mine cleared before the halt as well. Trust me, I didn't do $#!^ with this after it was halted. Lots of brokers were cleared actually, because people were concerned this would never be unhalted and their divy would be toast that they just re-invested.

AFTER the halt was enacted is when this magical hold was placed at E-turd. Thus taking the available funds negative for many people. Or at least the margins decreased.
