That's impossible mav. No ones divy cleared until after the halt. I would believe that some people tried to play the bounces after the halt was lifted. But that would be just plain stupid since almost all halts are followed by a suspension.
But since the SEC found no wrong doing on the part of the company, there was no suspension. No MM makes enough money as a market Maker to spend their time sitting in a court room. So there is no 2-11 and will be no 2-11 as long as there's still a chance of going back to court.
