What the agreement does is a few things.
1. Allow the SP to stabilize and even increase.
2. Give time so as to put together less dilutive financing. Hard to attract non toxic financing when stock is going to zero.
3. Build momentum going in to JPM
The winds are definitely changing in the right direction. The biggest immediate concern is getting yes votes to increase AS to 150 m.
