Convertible Preferred Holders and Convertible Note Holders have agreed to restrict selling in market into Jan 2016. $AMBS
Unless we are all privy to the agreement in writing, that this is the case, it means nothing. "Agreed to restrict"? Restrict is a relative term depending on who is using it. Not selling into market would be more clear. Don't be surprised when they are still selling into market and Gerald comes back with, "I never said they would not sell any shares, just that they would restrict themselves from selling what they usually would."
I want to see the agreement! Would there not be a written agreement? Did I miss it somewhere? Also, what does "Into Jan 2016" exactly refer to? At 12:01 on Jan 1st, we are "into Jan 2016". Again, this reeks of the NDA carrots he has been hanging out.
