I must agree with you. It's been a long time since we've traded without manipulation IMO. With the recent news, we should be at a much higher SP now and I just can't see most taking profits on such little blips up.
I'm not sure who the entity is but it does seem they want to drive CTIX to zero. Because there should be much easier short targets out there, why keep CTIX in the sights here and now?
