Yes that's the only way NTEK could do this legally with the option plan. Its actually brilliant and NTEK knows many SH (but not all) will choose a swap of their NTGL shares for NTEK shares. This is also why there has been the delay of SH receiving their NTGL shares.... waiting for the proxy
