So you could also hold on to your NTGL shares and when the buyout price of NTGL is agreed upon by a buyer that the shares of NTGL would move up a lot to match the market cap, correct?
At that point you could sell the shares and then throw them into NTEK since the price of NTEK might be considerably below the share price of NTGL.
I would think either way that if the end result is to get more money (ie shares) into NTEK either position would greatly benefit NTEK.
Am I thinking this correctly?
And why didn't they tell us this a few weeks ago? They didn't know they wanted to do this?
Also, any negatives to either approach?
