Wait to find out what the proxy is about. It has to be good. The management know they have to make it good this time around. There's a lot of pressure on their side too. If you feel like you want to sell then go ahead but I think it's a really good idea to wait for the proxy since they said it will be about help expending the business and reducing convertible debt.
