What if that's what the proxy is about? Giving the shareholders options to let the company sell the 150M shares to pay and reduce NTEK debt and OS? I know investors bought NTEK to get NTGL but the company never encourage anyone to buy NTEK because of that reason. Wait and see what the proxy is about because we will never know for sure.
