That deal is OK for me too.
All our Friends that Bought NTGL shares will stand to benefit smartly too.
I would vote for anything that raises the share price of NTEK and Bankrupt the Shorts and all the bashers.
This may bother some people, but when I see how Far NetFlix has gone [even a 2 for 1 split], this Scenario that You have posted is withing my limits for personal Gain!
Thus, the vote is required for all shareholders of record February, 2015.
The NTGL shares already owned would receive TWO voting Proxy's?
One for the sale of NTGL and one for their ownersgip of NTEK.
