Question about NTGL share structure: Are the shares getting distributed to shareholders other than insiders as of Feb 6th not included in the 150 million on the books with NTEK. In other words, if someone bought the 150 millions shares would that still leave other shares in the hands of retail owners of NTEK as of Feb 6th?
