Also if you would like just send an EM over to Lorraine Cullivan at Ntek and simply ask her if the NTGL shares will be treated as a dividend or distribution and although she will probably refer you back to IR, she may reply back directly.
I'll see if i can dig up the old EM from DF or Lorraine advising the NTGL shares are not a dividend but a distribution and if I can find it I'll PM you
