IMO, FINRA will stonewall this and save the naked shorts' arses. Forget the "American way." This is the OTC way. Plenty of good companies get ruined thru illegal naked shorting and (sorry) TECO isn't even a good company. Sure, there may be good folks involved now who care and want us all to succeed, but the proverbial hole is a deep one, and filling it in will take a heap more soil than presently exists. JMO. GLTA!
