If FINRA wants to be viewed as an independent legitimate organization, it would only look at the law and facts of what TECO is asking of it regardless of other’s opinion. In America, you are innocent until proven guilty. Every other thing is just chatter - noise. And so, do not let your heart be troubled, FINRA will appropriately consider the appeal on its own merits and let the chips fall where they may – the American way.

This is not to say that TECO is right or wrong in what it is asking FINRA, but FINRA has to go by the law, even if it leaves a bad taste on their personal paletes.
