Production costs is more apt as we've been discussing. The terms have definitely changed on SMS for start up dealerships. Now dealers get 3600 bottles to start, 10
Initial client leads and 24 bottles per new client added. That's not a whole heck of a lot for a new dealer now that I know the terms have changed. The tweet they put out about franchisees buying additional product right out of training now makes more sense to me. It holds merit with terms more favorable to HJOE making additional revenue instead of having to supply a full years worth. That was a stretch. Now that I'm looking at it again, I like these terms better for the revenue bottom line.
