Ya I get that but before the dealers and SMS would get their standard fee. Regardless if dealers paid up front or not the only thing hjoe would be out of is shipping costs unless retailers pay for that, so I really not understanding why they would of been loosing money before. It was my understanding that the free part was only to the extent that dealers didn't have to pay for product upon ordering
