Yes I see that now too. So that $2.8M as it was the
value of NTGL on Sept 30 is clearly what they are
declaring on the ASSET sheet thispast Q report.

So we'll just have to wait for the proxy to see if in
fact they are going to trade that in for the CASH
and reinvest in ULTRAFLIX and pay off the
convertibles. I think it would be a very smart move
and allow ULTRAFLIX and NTEK to grow much
faster.

Shareholders would still get their NTGL
dividend shares and they could decide to stick
with NTGL or not at that point with their shares.
