The price of NTGL on Jun 30 was somewhere between .0079 and .0099. I apologize for not having the actual value as my quote system shows that on Jun 19 the last trade was .0099 and on Jul 10 the last trade was at .0079. The price could have been higher than .0099 or lower than .0079.
The Jun 30 financials indicated a value of $1,050,000 or a price of .007.
The Sep 30 financials indicated a value of $2.8 mil. Price quote of NTGL end of Sep 2015 was .019 which equates to the $2,850,000.
There is your increase.

Where did extra $1.8M come from in just 3 Months ?
The only ASSET that qualifies as an
INVESTMENT HOLDING I can think of NTEK owns that
would be worth that much and just SUDDENLY
appear on the balance sheet in one quarter is those
150M NTGL shares. But hey, maybe their is another
explanation.
