I agree S.I. and remember they put that $2.8M on the
NTEK Balance sheet as an "INVESTMENT HOLDING"
for the first time ever this past quarter.

So NTEK is already calling the our NTGL shares
their INVESTMENT HOLDING !

If they were planning to distribute the NTGL shares
to us they wouldn't call the shares THEIR INVESTMENT
HOLDING .. Those shares would instead be OUR
INVESTMENT HOLDING.

So obviously NTEK changed its plans a few weeks ago
because before Q3 that $2.8M was never on the
balance sheet before.

Notice the NTEK > 150M shares of NTGL they hold
X .0186 = the $2.8M on NTEK balance sheet which
is almost identical to where NTGL is trading.
