This is bull crap! You can't vote to use somebody else's money to buy back shares. These are not shares that belong to NTEK any more. They have already been promised to shareholders of record in February. They can't be voted back into NTEK money! So everybody that has invested in NTEK since February can vote to take my NTGL shares? Why of course they would vote YES! I know people are used to this since the federal government takes one persons money and gives it to another person all the time, but this could not be legal.
