FYI, RD in the 8-K stands for "Registered Direct". RD offering is a sale of registered securities through a placement agent to select investor(s).
Did anyone notice the tag on the raise yesterday was RD? More bull pucky. Is he trying to give the impression an RD raise is for research and development? No one will ever know, but that is what he wants it to be perceived as. I doubt even .01 is going to R&D and is just going to salaries and keeping the lights on.
