This is my best guess as to why the company is spinning it's tires in the mud:
A) GC is appropriating 99% of his time trying to get out of this financial mess rather than figuring out how to develop their ASSets
or
He is milking this company for every last penny.
From what I have been told by forum members maybe one or two years ago, Papa C is well off, so it would not hurt for him to buy more shares himself or Gerald in an act of good faith to reduce his salary to $1.
Did anyone notice the tag on the raise yesterday was RD? More bull pucky. Is he trying to give the impression an RD raise is for research and development? No one will ever know, but that is what he wants it to be perceived as. I doubt even .01 is going to R&D and is just going to salaries and keeping the lights on.
There is a Shell station near my home that is rebuilding in entirety for the cool price tag of $2m. A fuel station is going to be rebuilt for the same price as this world class BIO. Sad.
There is no partnership coming until he secures the financial future of the company. No Pharma is going to give this guy a dime for development of his assets when they could just purchase them in BK court for pennies. Pharma companies do not care about another company's SHs. They care about their own and their bottom line.
