heres my finra complaint, what do you think? Also do not have ET, But I feel all of us shareholder should band together and make light of our situation , SEE BELOW
I believe Etrade should be investigated for Naked Shorting CRGP, Its highly possible they were caught off guard when the Finra U3 Halt was initiated.
They have done this in the past, and were fined for it.
They currently the only brokerage with a HOLD on a dividend CRGP released, confirmed and deposited in shareholder accts. Why are they the ONLY brokerage doing this? Makes one think something happened that did not happen elsewhere....
A Share count would solve and uncover any issues
If there was wrong doing, its time to make an example, and regain some order in the OTC markets
