Getting an attorney to do contingency is tough. Been there done that. Ironically the case I could not get a contingency lawyer for was my biggest win and the lawyer said "damn"....lol.
But if you sue and win from Etrade then you can request your lawyer's fees and court costs be added on to the settlement. I think the court would absolutely rule in your favor on that in this particular case.
