As I agree with most of your post, I will have to point out a detail that we have ALL been "content" with. I have shares from 2011, I don't need to be reminded of the size of NTEK or the amazing things that NTEK has accomplished. I will in fact remind you (and everyone else who is content with "when they get around to it" type attitude) that NTEK is working with multi-billion dollar companies and about to change the way the world is receiving and willing to accept the next tv/video presentation standard.

How about this, NTEK Management, how about when you say your going to issue a proxy vote "in the next few weeks" you actually DO it. I'm personally not willing to accept the timeline you have been keeping?

Again, NTEK Board. I sit in the front row, every SHM, spend over $1000 every meeting to look you in your eyes, I truly believe every word coming out of your mouth, just a little disgusted with your "ability to deliver at a reasonable time frame" Build a strong credibly relationship with your investors.
