I think it was DLOG that posted a great link to an article about how it is done without ever showing FTD's actually exist.
The OTC is corrupt and those that put out the FTD list are as corrupt. And I think also Hedgies do not have to report them.
The SEC is to protect shareholders yet they go about it he wrong way.
