How many phantom shares traded over numerous years? It's easy for those broker/market makers at stake to find a disgruntled ex-employee and pay him to persistently bash TECO into BK. Then get a few other Ihub shorting crew members to bash TECO into BK. Give them unlimited funding and access to Edgar and Pacer at zero cost for their ammunition. I'm not saying the old BOD weren't 100% complete idiots and arseholes. IMO the old BOD was useless and did a lot of harm! Their arrogance and sense of what they were owed was shameless. I hope their fined to the point their net worth goes to zero if not already and/or sentenced to jail time. In the meantime FINRA and the SEC should let the new BOD attempt the reorg while applying some restrictions and a watchful eye on all.
