agree he/she is asking for a filing that is not applicable. Now Kent could elaborate in a PR in an update to shareholders or something but think there won't be much there if anything as the meat and potatoes (Kent getting skin in the game) is likely to occur with an event after FINRA.

At the end of the day, besides SS impact, Kent having official skin in the game removes any BS about he just "Gave everything away" and makes the whole picture more normal typical and clear. imo
