Yeah its a little odd. This poster has a point on the agreement terms not known...but those details are usually shared via an 8k and since TDEY/ORTC is not a SEC registered company yet, then a form 10 would be the next thing that would show these details other than in a 8k/10q for a OTC filing. Anyway, I would be very interested to see that info too as Im sure many others would aswell.
