We should not jump to any conclusions here. We know Kerry was working there long after Peter was let go. We also know that the shady legal consultant was let go around the same time that we heard about legal issues and firings. At this point, that is all we know.

From the most recent PR, they have flushed all emails and established a new email contact point for ir. Also, they said that no information will be dispersed outside of official channels. So, that would indicate to me that even if Kerry and Jason were in the know on this, they would be prohibited from sharing. We have no choice but to wait. needless to say, I have sent an email to the IR address asking if an update was planned for next week. No answer. I am assuming there will be as yesterday's PR indicated as such.

For now, we have to assume that there is only one source for news...ir@dsusa.co. That is it. no more side discussions from various players. They are getting serious about message control. And, thank goodness. That sort of professionalism is more conducive to pps appreciation. That way, they can time info properly to get the best bang for each tid bit.
