No idea. Kerry went silent after she was being harrassed about a "criminal" record or something. CMR website shut down, then back up. The other board says the have a new president. Was Kerry on the last conference call or just the 1st one? If so, maybe they were done once Peter was relieved.
I know a lot of people had respect and faith in the CMR team, but all of this points a big finger to them...You would assume they would be protecting their good name..
Just ashame these guys were deceived. Their Bios seem honorable, and more than likely they will try to work this out the best way possible. I hope they have a good legal team.
But if creditors get their money in shares, then we hopegully better get ours from certs...shares or cash at equal value.
