i like your logic, crawford. the conspiracy theorist in me wonders if maybe there is an insider-edge to missing the deadline of nov 15th. lets say the financials are good and they know it but the decision is made to miss the deadline and withhold the report, causing a noticeable drop and discount in share price, and timed well, this would be a great buying opportunity for those who are "in the know" or have faith....and then the report is released after the insider buying.

selling on absence of the report being on time might not be the correct move. my crystal ball broke this morning or i'd tell you exactly how its going to play out.
