So why exactly shouldn't an investor worry about audited financials? The company has a deadline. If they miss a deadline for audited financials which would delay considerably any chance at uplist. I'm not worried about them not meeting the deadline, I'm just want to know the numbers so I can make a decision about what to do next. I believe they'll be out on time, but I completely understand the anxiousness of people waiting. Audited financials are a very big deal. I'll hold until the deadline, but if they're not out on time then I'll sell my shares to you guys
