I know for a fact that Baltia management is pushing hard for the FAA to make an announcement . They are using all available tools but the government is very heavy and hard to push. I have no doubt that the FAA will give Baltia a PASS along with a very carefully worded exemption from the failure of one slide not opening properly in test # 7. (Note the recent circular sent out by the FAA)
